the way I read it was:
go-getta - the run off means the bank gets its finance back, while Silver could wear losses in excess of the factored amt.....
see TGA re what happens to ability to finance "stuff" when banks reduce their exposure .....
good point re "impairments" ....
mezz debt in an already leveraged entity .......just raise equity plse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
