Sure, while I agree your timetable is reasonable, it should be able to be articulated by the BOD this close to execution. That it's not leaves it open to potential delays, or at least speculation of delays and a SP going backward today, not forward.
This was a nothing ann from the company and is being treated as such by the market. What do you know now, that you didn't yesterday? Nuthin.
The future is no doubt bright, but the market wants specifics, not "were working on it", let's' take that as a given.
