    Did some number crunching on in situ valuation of PSG.
    SOI =2750b
    PSG spot price = $3600
    TGC @ 90% = 6.21mt
    PSG recovery 65%
    In situ Valuation = 2.5% of PSG spot price

    Came up with 13 cents as fair value today, could be good longer term.
    My figures may be wrong.
