    I'm reminded of the Rick Rule, rule:
    The solution to low prices is, low prices.
    And the solution to high prices is, high prices.

    ie. low prices means less new entrants to the market - which pushes the price of the commodity up. And vice-versa.
    The forecasts RNU have for the graphite price aren't pulled out of thin air. They're reasonable prices based on multiple industry analysts.
