I don't think it's worthless, I sold today and I'm sad. It was my baby for years and it made me money, I jumped on the graphite train (Owned SYR, RNU, own BKT) before it was cool and look at the state of things.
It's only reasonable to jump out now. I'll take a break but as soon as synthetic shows weakness or max capacity I'll be back in.

I am sharing information hoping more conversation is provided around the grey areas of natural graphite. Not all is rosy and we should discuss that.
The synthetic market is the primary reason RNU is in the pits and it's not going away anytime soon. I was as stunned as most people here to find out that not only is the synthetic price dropping and matching natural but it's also increasing capacity too!
This IRA might help curb this onslaught from China but companies are still buying the 'dirty' 'expensive' stuff aren't they.

We are relying on alot of what ifs for RNU to gain traction, let me add one for you: what if synthetic continues to ramp up and its price drops further? I can't see any reason why it couldn't.
