    Can't help but wonder if this company is being set up for a cheap as chips takeover bid.
    Top quality resource in a top tier location.
    Management has been "slowly" grinding their way through government red tape.
    The price has been pushed to rock bottom.
    Beware of big companies offering supposedly generous bids.
