My take is the two tranches allow them to ensure Ausmin gain no greater than 20% as per announcement. Eg First stage might be 10% or approx. 95M shares then stage two the remaining 95M shares but seems this could be linked to an offtake and finance. Price is irrelevant, what will be fixed is the number of shares going to Ausmin eg 187M.

Eg Remember at some stage a CR will be needed. So that will most likely mean more shares issued making Ausmin's total less than 20% once the project is fully funded.

Good work RNU, its clear to me now. Next step has to be to get some offtake agreements and lock in funding to move into production....

This is better than I expected. We now have security of ownership, will now be working out my entry, I'm thinking about 2.2/5 will be about the best we get, But it depends on management and what they have up Thiet sleeve with offtake interesting times
