Perhaps waiting for syr production cuts to give more favorable price action before pulling the trigger. Prices throughout September were poor and should pull back a bit in coming months in.
Happy to wait for the timing to be better but if this is the reason for delays, would have been more professional for the revised Q4 deadline to be given last week before September has come and gone.
