You would be mad to lock in pricing before December China restrictions kick in, before possible IRA funding & Aus gov funding is fully explored & exhausted.
As stated by DC - there have been discussions but not at the price he wants.
- And I don't blame him.
What he is doing is proceeding anyway and the sales will sort themselves out. Long term procurement, bought the land, design underway, power design/run in commenced.
I agree with his current stance. No rush to bind a price atm. We have enough cash to proceed with the mine anyway and current world events all seem to be all pointing to upward pressure on graphite prices.
Slow and sure wins the race.
