Just my opinoion and not financial advice, honestly if I were in your shoes I'd really be considering cutting and running from EGR (I'd even take a hit if need be) and re-invest my remaining capital in RNU, (Tap dancing density's aside) EGR have less definitive news on finance than RNU (we have the circa $185M Gov facility and funds in the bank) no qualifying plant, also no signed new customers etc.
And EGR's jurisdiction if I recall is in Africa
