I think you will find they will announce sooner rather than later, that they will start mining and exporting graphite overseas within the the next 9 to 12months to get money in to support the PSG facilities which will take longer to commission.
They have more than enough graphite now to start mining, and they certainly have more than enough funds to get the first part of their business model started now which should value the company much higher short term.
The charts may say it is a sell, but the fundamentals say it is a huge buying opportunity as I am confident in the background, export sale agreements are not far away.
