I am looking for graphite stocks to investment. No doubt, this is a very hot stock in HotCopper, 180 likes for the news. However, its resource is probably over-stated, "Second in the world...", "No1 outside Africa...". Below is a brief summary of three graphite stocks I investigated. Balama is a developed mine with a production capacity of 2mtpa and a feed grade 20% in the past few years. It has the largest known resources in the world, but not appears in the RNU chart. Bunyu is in the RNU's resource ranking chart, but old data was used I think. The Bunyu resources have a very high portion of large flakes (54%) which is priced higher than the fines and is easy to recover with high purity. RNU has nearly the same market cap as SYR. Looking at the table below, I just cannot put my money on RNU at the moment.
