EXU are promising a ,(as I predicted) , a late UPDATE not a scoping study or resource here .
I will eat my hat if there is one (scoping study) within the next month simply because as anyone who knows anything about the processes will tell you there was never time to do it .
The idea that a scoping study might appear early Novemember was as deliberately misleading as that other stuff they were forced to retract .
