That is not the way I read it. EXU are calling the whole package (MRE, scoping study and independent report) the "update". If they want us to vote on any proposal they are going to need to provide this at some point.

Explaurum has previously advised that it would provide an update targeting a JORC-compliant mineral resource and scoping study in relation to the Mace Discovery indicatively on Friday, 9 November 2018 and an Independent Expert's Report in relation to the Ramelius Offer indicatively on Friday, 16 November 2018.
