hi Tony I have spoken to NAIF last year about this as I am looking to make an application for another project I am helping with. Without boring people the short answer is SK option uptake should satisfy NAIF as to derisked the project for them to further consider to debt fund. Also of interest is they are okay with being a secondary debt source. Lastly they have VERY DEEP POCKETS.
