Thanks Mars, I like small/micro caps because I feel this is the area where a little retail investor like myself has most advantage over the institutions. However, I've not even experienced a full market cycle yet so my views will probably change (I can't deny that part of the attraction is the way these stocks can make huge gains in a short period of time). I've noted the Phillip Fisher book as the next in line - thanks for the suggestion.
