CONTROLLED PLACEMENT AGREEMENT
KUALA LUMPUR/PERTH, 20 April 2020 – Holista CollTech (ASX:HCT, “Holista”), is pleased to
announce that it has utilised its Controlled Placement Agreement with Acuity Capital (“CPA”)
to issue 12,000,000 HCT ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of $0.1833 to raise
$2,200,000 (inclusive of costs).
The issue price of $0.1833 represents a premium of 12.8% to the 15 day VWAP up to 20 April
2020 (inclusive) and a 6% discount to the closing price of $0.195 on 20 April 2020

This explains why the share price was slapped down today, the rise was going to effect this agreement and VWAP for the agreement terms.
It would have meant that CPA had to take less shares for the same amount of funds.

Hopefully tomorrow the share can truly reflect the benefits of the positive test results without further interruptions.
