I really don’t know what your trying to say. Just post it up. I can’t see any market out clause or comment on it in the 4C in relation to the oppies. There’s gotta be something in their agreement which allows these underwriters to get out of paying them if the share price is languishing. I don’t believe a lot of management on the asx in penny’s. So if you can confirm that then they are looking a lot better. They are borrowing money. Say they will pay it back repayable with sales over 12 months. So to me they will be tight on cash for awhile unless the options come into play which I don’t trust.
