I think the flaw in the whole process is the capacity to actually offload the shares at a price that is not a loss.

Even a $100k purchase is less than 2 mill shares, so you'll need a lot more of those. The only thing that might generate interest from new shareholders would be the signing some major sales contracts, not distribution contracts as these are meaningless. Online sales are not going to make this company as they don't promote anywhere. I can't understand why they aren't all over social media channels given that they now have free money coming in that only impacts shareholder value.
