continuous disclosure rules mean companies cannot just sit on material announcements, especially when the announcement involves a government agency that can easily verify if and when things are done.
I have no idea what the TGA approval process involves but SKN told the market of its application in November last year and 7 months later still nothing? Very curious situation and hopefully ASX has got its bs vending radar switched on and SKN is showing up as a huge flashing dot on the screen.
Also, over 200 TGA approved disinfectants already out there ie not a really big deal. The single mum making products from her kitchen table has probably already got a TGA approval.
