It definitely doesn’t pass the pub test, but… if it’s not true then why were the shares sold using an “on market crossing” rather than simply sold at market?
This implies that someone took up the parcel, possibly a broker for clients as a strategy to get cornerstone investors into the stock.
Regardless, share price is rocking, business is growing like crazy, still a buy at $2 IMHO
