The best part about sky currently is that it is cash strong, the property sale isn't needed but would be nice to have finalized (it's not like the proceeds from the sale will make a difference with the 200m lending available). In this uncertain market, Sky is an excellent bet. It would take a colossal blunder for this company to go belly up. The lady CEO is a experienced lawyer, I don't see someone significantly negative happening with her leading, she's a safe pair of hands.
