Good to note an update on property sale.

Looks like we will know who bought it and how much they are paying us within two or three weeks.

Then the Feb update will let us know how much they are keeping for growth, how much they are returning to us (and what mechanism: tender offer, on market buyback or tax free capital return) as well as future dividends.

If we assume that we get $50M-$60M for the property...I think they will keep $25M which is what they included in guidance for growth CAPEX. The rest they won't need unless some other amazing opportunity has presented since guidance was released (and I doubt one has).

This will be great as it means we can fund all of this years growth from the property sale, still return ~$30M to shareholders (like NZME are planning to do early next year too btw) and will have scope for a bigger divvy at the end of next year as FCF will be higher.

At long last, light at the end of the tunnel.
