Everything seems to be excruciatingly slow here. Things that could/should be able to be executed still seem to take inordinately long periods of time. mista Tea refers to the property sale.....expressions of interest closed months ago, yet nothing in what's arguably the greatest property boom ever. What gives? For me it reinforces the need to allocate capital where its custodians (management & the BoD) have a vested interest in seeing it compound by virtue of having their own capital on the line. Arguably 'skin' is thin here. I'm patient but it seems things are moving far slower than they need to be & frankly a starting offer of 23c would have seen me seriously consider my position here.
