I'm curious about the reference to RugbyPass. Looks like a very expensive deal - perhaps there will be no capital left to return! (joke).
On the other hand, given the current nerves around markets & recession jitters, as well as the global giants getting a little more timid with their chequebooks, now may well be a good time for someone with some cash to negotiate a good long term deal. You never know, management may redeem themselves here.
