Interesting post. This is one arguably one of the cheapest value stocks available on the AUS & NZ boards. I'm wondering what has tempted you away from what clearly is discounted value? I understand your position to retain higher levels of cash considering how expensive the market is overall....I've actually been selling down the last two weeks to raise cash and hold it. That said, I've been adding to my position in SKT. It would be one of the last things I would offload.
