Agreed. I think the only thing holding the share price back is apprehension with what they're going to do with the cash coming thru' the door. They've got reliable visibility with the RU contract for the 5 years. That contract will be heavily contested on expiration. Just about anything they might buy will be dilutive to shareholder value because it's so cheap. Rather than look to risk & plough cash flows into a company changing purchase, I'd be happier if they returned cash flows to investors, it's going to be substantial.
