MistaTea, every time I read one of your posts on here on Sharetrader I feel slightly more optimistic about holding SKT
Within the three scenarios you presented (takeover/merger/wholesale deals), how would you weight them probability wise?
Every time I look at any method to value SKT I end up saying “this is stupid cheap, what am missing?”
