How you go from rejecting a $100M offer from MW in 2020...to approaching then with a $300M offer is just beyond me.
I keep trying to find mitigating circumstances and am unable to.
If they don't go big - they are going to all go home. Literally.
I would expect the capital return announcement next week.
They can slip into that announcement that they are going to pay top end guidance dividend (exact amount confirmed when the annual report is released 25 August).
