With the $50Mish left over...well, they probably need up to $20M working capital...
So that leaves $30M. On top of existing CAPEX $$$ budgeted from operating cash flows, another $30M is plenty more money for these guys to invest in projects that support and grow the core...
But not nearly enough money for these guys to get themselves into trouble. To do something asinine again.
