Yes, the sky team are feeling a bit bruised and embarrassed...
But I think they have gotten the message now. They have had a lot of leeway from very patient shareholders since the Vodafone deal blew up in 2017.
But 5 years on, enough is enough and shareholders have made that crystal clear.
They can keep some cash to speed up growth opportunities in front of them (broadband, new STB and enter mobile) but the rest needs to be returned to shareholders.
Sky TV a very low risk stock right now imo.
