Just had a quick re-read of the Canaccord research available on the MGM Wireless website. When i first read it I wondered if the numbers were realistic. I really believe that the deal announced has the potential to deliver these kind of numbers. Couple that with a telco deal in Aust and the numbers start looking at the lower end of estimates.
Applying a 14X PE seems very conservative in this scenario, particularly considering EU (and US??)expansion possibilities.
Exciting times ahead imho.
