That would be a great use of surplus capital but does the board and management have the same view? The last raising was overdone & destroyed shareholder value but in fairness I guess they went for "over" rather than "under"...they wouldn't have been able to come back if more capital was needed. I can't find a better place for their capital than in their own equity at these prices. I don't want a dividend when the share price is this low.....buying back shares at this time will deliver greater shareholder value in time.
