If immediately after the acquisition, the SKF's own share is trading below that 4.5x metrics, I don't think there should be any argument there that the management didn't spend well on this one.
Those circumstances around the airport should be reflected in the acquisition price. When asked about the acquisition metrics, they didn't answer well, I suspect, they pushed the valuation up to stitch the $10m cash capital raise.
the info on the directors' share-based payments was all in the annual report and 1H21.
