Personally i think you have your terminologies mixed up in regards to the scoping study figure of 90%, Everyone is so worried about a capital raise when the company will get it done overnight to the same group of 708 investors who initially invested at IPO and then topped up at 3c with the free option , given the project is already producing its heavily derisked so they will definitely take as big a stab as they can at 2. With significant cash flows projected to come in very very shortly , IF they had to raise it would be very small amount and it would be done within an hour.
