Agree...I don't like this at all.
It's not as if WES have, or will have, some competitive advantage in Healthcare.
Scale? No. Technology? No. Cost advantage? No. Marketing? No.
I would rather they emulate Berkshire Hathaway and consolidate furniture retailers like Nick Scali, which is trading at a ridiculously cheap PE multiple.
