If ABB knew that SLC was going to win the Origin contract that would surely be very material non-public information. And ABB in that time 1) bought 20% of SLC and 2) intended to acquire SLC by way of scheme. That would have to be looked at.
You can imagine the funds that sold their SLC shares to ABB will be pretty pissed after seeing this announcement too and missing out on the almost +40% move higher in SLC shares since they sold. Especially with ABB likely being aware of how the Origin contract negotiations were going
