@Mr.Red I also tend to agree with you regarding SleepCheck the market at this stage is not as large as the market for snorelab although SleepCheck is more superior. Until we have an Android app developed and we are in other countries we will only have smallish uptake initially. Let's look a little bit more closely at our target market for now..
1. The UK ~ 66 + million population with around 25% of the population snoring.

Say just 2.5 % download the app annually that's 375,000 x €5 = €1, 875,000
Is over $3,000,000 ÷ 2 to rule out the Android user market = $1.5 m
2. Australia ~ 25 million population one would also assume around 25% of the population would also be snoring. With the market of around 6.25 million..
Say 2.5 % download SleepCheck annually we are talking = 156,250 downloads from Australia x $8 = $1,250,000 ÷ by 2 to rule out the Android user market = $625,000 per annum.
I believe these lowball figures are realistic and what we could be looking at for now but let's not forget we have the rest of the World.
This explains why the market is brushing this off for the time being. However we could significantly increase our market share given the right marketing strategy and once this becomes available in the Play Store for Android users we can then multiply this.
We need a company like the Sleep Health Foundation to back this I can't see why they wouldn't given how accurate SleepCheck is and considering it is medical grade.

And governments also need to get on board to make it compulsory to utilise our technology rather than completing the inaccurate Epworth sleep scale and the inaccurate STOP-BANG questionnaire which is a core component for completion so one can obtain a reimbursement via Medicare here in Australia.. I see this happening in the future..
For now I see revenue of around 2.2 million annually... but as stated above this has massive potential to grow..
Our main source of revenue at this stage I believe is going to be from Phenix ~ 4 million annual revenue and Coviu ~ 12 million annual revenue. These are just my estimations.
Total = 18.2 million first year @ PE ratio of 20 x = 364 million dollar market cap. This excludes any other deals in the meantime from Europe or any other Australian telehealth companies...
I believe our share price is undervalued especially if we book around 5.5 million in the first quarter of the upcoming new financial year, but at fair value for now given the fact that we have not seen any revenue come through yet on the balance sheet to support my calculations... A European Telehealth deal will get this fired up big time pre revenue and we might see 25 cents per share in the short term once Coviu is confirmed.. at the bare minimum to justify our market cap we need to start to see at least 1. 5 million banked per quarter...
