It's goes on everywhere, mainly durng dips and sideways action, tend to disappear when SP starts moving north. Your right though, there must be some incentivie involved to downramp and be negative towards something your not financially committed to. If not then they seriously have far to much time on their hands, also more likely live a lonely existance because what family would tolerate someone spending so much time disconnected while trolling all day upsetting others just for the sake of it.

I've never understood it, but then again I just flick past most of it.
