It would be helpful to have some context supplied in the slide pack with this. I get that it's background info for analyst models BUT ...
Leading with the message that price realisations are sensitive and analysts shouldn't focus on quarter by quarter outcomes as a trend - isn't very comforting for the upcoming qtly results. Why not wait until the quarterly results to provide this info, unless the message needs to be softened a bit first.
Maybe this is a reason WHC got hammered more than peers this week.
