    A better option would be for them to just sell all their red at .45c and buy SLR at $1.46 and after the 1/3.43 you'll be buying red for .425c. Which means you would of sold red for .45c while buying it back in the form of SLR for .425c, did somebody say free money? Then do the big brain move and realize wait a second, why settle for 3.43 and buying red again at .425c when you could vote no and the odds of Red accepting 1/4 should be very high since that's much closer to fair value than the current 3.43. In which case you'll get something like 1/4 instead of the current 1/3.43, which means that by buying SLR at 1.46 you would be getting the equivalent of red shares at the price of .365c. Can you imagine selling at .45c and buying back at .425c or .365c and not taking that opportunity. (These numbers may vary based on SP and are based on the current SP of both Red and SLR.) Also I literally did this so yeah that's why the thing below says "sell and not held".
