Yeah Naaah.Could easily argue the opposite with figures such Twitty,Beament and Ellison being pivotal to the sucess of FMG,NST and MIN and irraplaceable during the growth stage.Any board or managing team can be struck with misfortune ,such is life.I would rather a proven operator.
