Wanting unconditional offers without DD wreaks of desperation or suspect motivations and the continual disregard of slr's offer is an outright snub to shareholder interests. We owe slr gratitude for their persistence and revised offers but what will ultimately force our board is our voting actions. Wonder how we can turn the tide and expose the hidden agendas and failure of process while forcing alternate consideration?
