your number 3 is all hearsay without concrete evidence... unless you have anything to back it up?
in reality, SBM share price has been driven down due to poor operational performance and terrible decision making.
I find it odd that both SBM and DCN were being poorly managed... but GMD gets the mud thrown at it when it sees opportunity. You'd have to be a fool to not know there is a management premium caked into GMD share price.
I can see why shareholders are disappointed, and it's never pleasant to see an erosion of shareholder capital but seems to be high emotion and limited rationale thinking of late with posters. (not directly at you bikemad, while at i don't agree with much, I appreciate reading your side)
anyway, I'm just a GMD fanboy so I'll hop along.
