Over 12 months ago when SLR began trying to engage with the SBM board the SBM sp was over $2 and not long before that was over $3, you could assume the SLR board were thinking merger.
I think this will go back to a merger and SBM assets justify this scenario.
Managed well a merger with SLR would be a bonanza for both sets of shareholders.
As for the other assets, Simberi is again making good money, can do a lot better and has millions of ozs.
The Atlantic assets have been a bit of a disaster. The SBM board paid way too much because they did not do the required due diligence and should have had more certainty around permits etc.
