I own shares in all three SBM, GMD and SLR and quite happy for either SLR or the management of GMD to put SBM out of its misery, this last release is a good indication that the assets of SBM would be better off without the involvement of the SBM board anymore.
@jogo - sorry to hear you got out at a loss, I also ended up here courtesy of BDC and a similar position to yourself, all the hard work of BDC was pretty much undone by SBM management.
