None of this surprises me. I had heard that Tim Netscher was hell bent on dealing with RF to the exclusion of all others which is NOT in the best interest of St Barbara shareholders.
Where is ASIC? I know there had been a comprehensive letter sent to ASIC with the author flagging their belief of blatant corruption with respect to the St Barbara board.
