After what GMD have done to us DCN holders ,I wouldn't trust them with a bag of rocks. For upto 4 MONTHS previous to attempted GMD take over of DCN,the DCN management pumped out positive information which saw the DCN share price hover between 30 to 40c, no doubt giving insiders plenty of time to sell.
Out of the blue in March 22 comes the announcement we need to sell to stop insolvency, the share price crashes to 8c .
So a company with out a mining operation or even a GOLD reserve is valued at 13X DACIAN ,a company with 4 million ounces 2.4 million in reserve and a300 million dollar 6 year old mill in a time where gold is at record prices around the world.
$ 44million cash at hand ,no debt and a stock pile with 70000 ounces ready to process at a maximum cost of $1000 per ounce and they say DACIAN was in danger of insolvency .
WHERE IS ASIC, ASX OR ANY OTHER REGULATORY BODY POLICING THIS HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.
IF THIS DEAL FALLS IN THE HANDS OF SLR , I WILL BENEFIT AS AN SLR SHARE HOLDER & IT WILL FORCE GMD TO MAKE A PROFITABLE MINING OPERATION OUT OF DACIAN.
