Video doesn't mention: Derivative action is where minority shareholders can bring action on behalf of the company against directors. No one in the cheap seats is going to do that but large shareholders who see tens of millions more value in an auction for Leonora assets might consider it. Sale of assets not in the best interests of the company is one of the reasons such action can be taken, I think.
