Cash and Scrip is how it usually works. Say 10 cents per share cash , plus 1 SLR share per 5 RED, how would that go down ?????
But I can see a bigger fish taking out SLR, then RED.
Remember SLR have one hell of a lot OZ tax credits and Canadian ones as well. Plus around 280 million cash. Plus 11% RED shares already.
